Coop - Kinderland Openair

For the last 15 years, the Kinderland Openair has been touring all over Switzerland, welcoming around 26,000 kids and their parents each year. Sponsor Coop has counted on 2communicate ag since the first ever event.

Our tasks

2communicate takes on the full responsibility for the entire Coop sponsorship for the Festikids tour. This includes all logistics handling for all event materials.

Order and supply of event tools and give-aways
Transportation of goods to event location and back
Set-up and take-down of Coop sponsorship materials
Materials handling including cleaning, drying and repairs

Our project managers take care of planning the entire event, project coordination and consultation with the promoter, authorities and our client. In addition to all of the logistics, 2communicate also organises all of the staff required to look after the children and their parents to ensure the Kinderland event remains a success year after year!
